Registration phase 2 for the European Amateur Open 2024 begins today at 15.00 EEST. All minimum rating requirements will be removed in phase 2.
In preparation for the phase 2, quotas for divisions in pool B were readjusted to make room to allow more players to register for the most popular FA divisions. All players in the waitlist for FA1 and FA2 divisions were promoted as well. Some of the wild cards were issued to players on the waitlist.
The current quotas will be in place until Monday, May 6th, 9.00 EEST. When phase 2 ends, there will be a further review and division quotas will be changed to accommodate more players in the most popular divisions. Phase 3 changes will be announced separately after the review.
