The European Open has entered a new partnership with the Latvian airline airBaltic. With this partnership, we are offering an all new spectator experience at the European Open. At this year’s event, airBaltic will host hundreds of VIP guests at the new airBaltic VIP Lounge right next to Nokia’s 18th green. VIP guests will have unobstructed views of the final throws on the course, all while enjoying delicious refreshments.
Visitors can also have a blast at the airBaltic putting contest in Nokia all weekend. Come and test your putting skills and win exciting airBaltic prizes!
Māris Rudens, Head of Loyalty and Partnerships at airBaltic: “We are delighted to partner with the European Open and the continuously growing disc golf community. This partnership strengthens our presence in Finland, particularly in the Tampere region, home of our base. At airBaltic, we believe in promoting activities that foster community and well-being, and our brand activation with VIP Lounge at the European Open is a strong confirmation of this. Additionally, our support extends to promoting disc golf in Riga at the airBaltic Disc Golf Park, attracting Scandinavian tourists as well. All in all, we look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy the tournament with unparalleled comfort and service.”
“We are very excited about this partnership. This is the second year airBaltic has been supporting European Open. Along with the European Open partnership, they just created the first 18-hole DiscGolfPark in Mežaparks area (Riga, Latvia)”, Jussi Meresmaa, Event Director.
